Dear Mr. Bilbray,

I would like you to do your Constitutional and moral duty regarding pushing for the uncovering of the police conspiracy to cover up the attempted murder by your predecessor of my wife and I on November 25th, 2005 in San Marcos, CA during his (unsuccessful) suicide attempt.  He was driving a Chevy Tracker.  I was driving a Honda Passport.  The Department of Justice has been kept informed of the facts, but I have not heard from them.  The San Diego Sheriff's Department's Internal Affairs division did an investigation and turned up nothing but more innuendo and libel.

Records at my insurance company have been lost in the case -- how could that have happened without a NETWORK of conspirators?  I identified the assailant the following Monday when he resigned from Congress, making your opportunity available to you.

Or to me, save for the distraction of government dishonesty I have had to endure.  My friends were recommending I run for the position you now hold the very week this happened!

As his follow-up Congressperson AND my own and my wife's Congressperson, you are more obligated than anyone else on the planet, I think, to resolve this case quickly and properly.
